Order processing time
Orders are processed within 48/72 hours from the time of order, unless the ordered products are unavailable. In case that not all products are available, the Customer will be contacted by the Amica Moda to agree on how to proceed (order cancellation, product replacement, discount voucher or refund).
Orders are processed by Amica Moda from Monday to Friday between 12.00 and 17.00. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday.

Amica Moda is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls, or due to force majeure beyond the control of Amica Moda.
