Amica Moda recognizes the possibility of returning the goods, within 3 working days from the delivery date, for deformity with respect to what was ordered, for unwanted goods and / or for product defects.
After 3 working days from delivery no return requests will be accepted.
For the return it will be necessary to contact Amica Moda by sending an email to email@example.com, indicating the order number in the subject line. The communication must specify which products will be returned, the date of purchase, and the invoice number.
In case of return for defects, it will be necessary to attach photos of the damaged goods. The return shipment will be entirely charged to the customer, except in the event that the customer receives defective goods.
The product must be packed with the original cartons so as to protect them from damage and sent to Amica Moda located in via Vergnano 27, 25125 - Brescia (BS).
Refunds will be processed as soon as the receipt, verification and acceptance of the returned item is completed.
For orders paid with Paypal or by bank transfer, the amount will be returned to the original account within 5 working days.
For orders paid by bank transfer, the amount will be credited back to the original account within 10 working days.
Small product defects
In the case of goods with "small" defects, in agreement with the Customer, Amica Moda may issue a discount voucher (without expiry) to be used for future orders rather than requesting a refund.
Terms and Conditions
The items must not have been used, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use.
Each item must be returned including all original labels, packaging and accessories received with the order.
In the event that the Customer receives defective goods, Amica Moda reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and bear the shipping costs for the return of the goods to its premises.
Amica Moda will not accept returned goods if the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions set out in the return policy. In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address with a charge for the shipping costs.
