Can I make a purchase even if I have not a company or I am not an entrepreneur?

We are sorry but Amica Moda is a wholesaler so for making a purchase you need to add a VAT during your registration to our e-commerce.

Where can I see the product price?

To view prices relative to our products you have to be a registered user and access the user area using the ID and password you chose when you registered. If you haven't registered yet, CLICK HERE.

During the registration to our web site you must to add your VAT so your account will be valid.

Is it to safe to shop on your site?

It is very safe to order in our website because once you place your order, you will receive a message of confirmation first with your ID number. You will also be updated about all the steps of your order until you receive it. After that our customer care is ready to reply your congratulations or request about the product you received.

Are your products manufactured in Italy?

Our products are 100% Made in Italy.

Can I have an invoice?

Yes of course, every sale is invoiced. You will receive the invoice with the delivery, or if you have chosen to pick up your order personally, your invoice will be given to you on delivery.

Can I pay my order by bank transfer?

Yes you can pay also by bank transfer. Before proceeding with your order contact us by phone 0039 030 3540929 or by email  info@amicamoda.it and we will give you all the information for using this payment method.

I paid my order by bank transfer. When will it be shipped?

We will proceed on shipping orders paid by bank transfer only when the credit appears in our bank account. Until then, the order is left in a state of payment pending. On average, the time is about 35 days. If you want your order to be processed in the fastest times, we strongly suggest you to choose a payment method such as PayPal or credit card

What do i need to do if i receive a wrong order?

What can i do if i receive a wrong / damaged product?

Our customers are invited to signalize damages or defects of a/the products within 15 days after they receive their order.

Then we will proceed on solving the issue in different options:

 

1. To ship the item(s) back for a replacement or refund. In this case the shipping costs will be on our account.

2. If this defect is not important, in agreement with the customer we can apply a discount on the defective item(s)

 

As our handbags have a 24 month warranty, if a product has been used by the customer and it get a problem but still in warranty period.

The customer can ship it back  by paying the shipping cost, once we receive it we will repair it and pay the cost to mail it again to the customer.
